BRIAN HONEYWOOD Director

Brian has played professionally at Ipswich Town & Colchester United F.C. He has been involved in football locally playing and managing with great enthusiasm. His caring attitude, love, knowledge, dedication, commitment, and fun of the game is an asset to encourage boys and girls of all abilities to achieve their full potential.

LEE HONEYWOOD Director                                 

Lee played 6 years professionally at Ipswich Town F.C and represented England U20's until a serious knee injury forced him to retire. He coached for Ipswich Town U14's academy for 3 seasons and is now in his 6th year as a premier league scout for Chelsea F.C. Lee’s experience and knowledge is a great asset to P.A.S.S.

ROBERT PITHERS Director                                  

Robert is a level 3 F. A. qualified coach who has been working for P.A.S.S. for 5 years. He works full time running the office and coaching at schools evening centres, holiday courses and Saturday morning clubs. He is currently the U12 Academy team coach. Robert is an enthusiastic, hard working and technically gifted coach who is also coaching  Maldon Town F.C. 1st  Team. He strives for perfection and only the best will do.

OLIVER BERQUEZ Director                                  

Oliver has previously played professionally for several conference league clubs and is currently playing for promoted Chelmsford City. He has been coaching children for over 9 years passing on all his knowledge and experience from coaching and playing at a high level. Oliver is the U11 Academy team coach and is a technical, and an enthusiastic coach.

STEVE IRETON Youth Development                

Steve is full time for P.A.S.S. where he has excelled on and off the training ground working full time in the office and coaching at all training centres and courses. He is Instrumental in our 4-7 year olds development and coaches the U10 Academy team. Steve is a Level 2 F. A. qualified coach. He is also organiser of the P.A.S.S birthday parties.  

ROSS PARMENTER Coach                                 
A Level 2 F. A. qualified coach and Btec diploma in sport. Ross has excelled recently since joining us coaching at schools, evening centres, birthdays and holiday courses. He coaches our Academy U10 team. Ross is a very dedicated coach and player. He is a very skillful midfielder and currently plays for Maldon Town F.C.

SEAN CROCKFORD Coach                                   
Now in his 5th year with P.A.S.S. Sean is a F. A. qualified coach, working at schools, evening centres, roadshows and holiday courses. He coaches our U9 Academy team and always shows a great attitude to his work.

NICK EMERY Coach

Nick is highly qualified and experienced coach. He is a Level 2 FA qualified coach, junior sports team and community tutor and fitness instructor. He is a very talented coach for all age groups and abilities and coaches holiday courses and Saturday morning clubs. Nick is in the process of doing his Level 3 F. A qualification and we wish him the best of luck.

CRAIG HUDGELL Coach                                          

Craig is now in his 2nd year for P.A.S.S. He is a F. A. qualified coach who works at schools, evening centres, Saturday morning clubs and holiday courses. He is currently playing for Heybridge Swifts F.C and has hopes of progressing in his coaching and football.

MARK ASHFORD Coach                                         

Mark played professionally in the German league. He has recently passed his level 2 F. A. course and is currently working towards level 3. He has a very good knowledge of the game. Mark coaches at schools and is the U7 Academy team coach. He has now returned to full fitness since his recent knee operation.

STUART NETHERCOTT Coach                            

Stuart has a wealth of playing experience from his time at Tottenham Hotspurs, Millwall and Wycombe Wanderers including an F. A Cup winners medal with Tottenham. He has been with P.A.S.S. for over a year working at schools and holiday courses. He is the U9 and 13/14 Academy team coach. His knowledge and experience is a great asset to P.A.S.S.

STEVE FERGUSON Coach  

Steve is now in his 2nd year for P.A.S.S. and coaches at schools and holiday courses. He is the U8 Academy team coach. He is a friendly, enthusiastic and fun coach. Steve is also a semi professional footballer for AFC Wimbledon after previously playing professionally for Tottenham Hotspurs, Motherwell and Woking.

NATHAN SHARP Coach                                          
 F. A. qualified coach who joined P.A.S.S. over a year ago. He has been involved at schools, Saturday morning clubs and holiday courses. He is also the coach for the U7 Academy team. Nathan is a very reliable member of staff and is a calm and encouraging coach. 

TERRY CHARLES Coach                       

Terry has been working for P.A.S.S. since they begun and has a wealth of experience in football. He is a Level 3 F. A qualified coach who coaches on holiday courses. Terry is a friendly, fun and caring coach and is a great asset of the team.

JASON MITCHELL Coach

Jason is a Level 2 F. A qualified coach who has been coaching for P.A.S.S. for nearly 3 years. He is in the process of doing his Level 2 and we wish him the best of luck. He works at schools, Saturday morning clubs and holiday courses. He is also the coach for the U9 Academy team. Jason is a friendly and encouraging coach. 

DAVE STREETLY Coach

Dave is a Level 3 F. A. qualified coach who has a wealth of experience of coaching at all ages and levels. He has worked for P.A.S.S. for over 3 years at the Academy and holiday courses. He currently plays for Halstead Town F.C and has played several years at semi-professional level. Dave is a hard working and highly knowledgeable coach and is a great asset to P.A.S.S.

SCOTT WHITE Goalkeeping Coach

 F. A. qualified coach who is currently working towards completing his level 3. Scott works on our P.A.S.S. goalkeeper holiday courses and our goalkeeping Academy. His experience comes from spells at Ipswich and Southend United coaching and he has also coached for Bob Wilson.

JONATHON MCCORMISH  Physiotherapist

John is a fully qualified Charted Physiotherapist. He gives advice on injuries and helps with rehabilitation ideas. He will take a major roll in our Sports Injury Clinic. If you need advice or treatment you can contact him on07966 231878.
