How to book a P.A.S.S. session

Booking a course with P.A.S.S. Soccer School is straightforward, with different booking options available depending on whether you are enrolling on a holiday course or a weekly training session. Each programme uses a trusted and secure booking system to ensure payments and personal information are handled responsibly.

All players attending a P.A.S.S. course or training session are required to complete a player registration form. This form must be completed on the first day of attendance and is available at the registration desk on arrival at the chosen venue. Parents or guardians must also sign their child in each day. Please bring your booking confirmation, receipt or transfer confirmation with you, as this may be requested at registration.

​The personal information collected on registration forms is essential for the safety, welfare and safeguarding of each child. P.A.S.S. takes data protection seriously and does not share personal details with third parties. Parents are encouraged to read the P.A.S.S. privacy policy if they have any concerns regarding data use.

Booking P.A.S.S. holiday courses

P.A.S.S. holiday courses offer flexible booking options, allowing parents to choose one, two, three or four-day attendance, depending on availability and preferred dates.

Holiday courses can be booked in three ways. Parents may choose to pay online via PayPal directly through the P.A.S.S. website, offering a widely trusted and secure payment method with buyer protection. Holiday courses can also be booked online through the ClassForKids platform at www.pass-soccer.classforkids.io which is a recognised, secure booking system used by sports organisations nationwide. Alternatively, parents may choose to pay by bank transfer directly to P.A.S.S.​ For bank transfers, payments should be made to P.A.S.S. using the following account details:​

Once payment has been made, parents must text the required booking reference information to confirm the place. This reference should include the three-digit course code followed by the child’s surname, for example “SF1 Smith”, and should be text to P.A.S.S. on 07876 550076.

Booking P.A.S.S. weekly training sessions

All P.A.S.S. weekly training sessions must be booked and paid for through ClassForKids at www.pass-soccer.classforkids.io
Payments for weekly sessions cannot be made via PayPal or bank transfer. ClassForKids provides a secure, trusted booking environment designed specifically for children’s activities, with clear confirmation emails and account management for parents.
