The P.A.S.S. performance programme
The P.A.S.S. performance programme sits alongside the P.A.S.S. youth yogramme and is designed for Level 3 and Level 4 players seeking an elite training environment that goes beyond standard grassroots football. While many participants are drawn from the P.A.S.S. Academy pathway, this programme is open to any player at any age operating at academy, scholarship, semi-professional or professional level who meets the required standard.
All sessions are invite only and led by head coach Rob Pithers, whose experience spans professional football, elite youth development and long-term player progression. Rob has worked extensively with academy players and professionals, building a reputation for high standards, attention to detail and results-driven training. Every element of the programme reflects his philosophy: purposeful sessions, demanding intensity and an uncompromising focus on performance.
The P.A.S.S. Hub
At the heart of the programme is the P.A.S.S. Hub, a bespoke, covered astroturf training facility built specifically to elevate technical ability and game speed. Designed for high-intensity, fast-paced work, the Hub features state-of-the-art Perspex rebound boards on all sides, incorporating both straight and angled surfaces to challenge passing accuracy, first touch, awareness and reaction speed. With a high-quality astroturf surface and full roof coverage, the P.A.S.S. Hub provides a consistent elite training environment in all weather conditions. Sessions are sharp, demanding and technically focused, replicating the speed and pressure of the modern game while allowing for repetition and precision that traditional pitches cannot always provide.
P.A.S.S. 1-2-1 sessions
These sessions are fully tailored to the individual needs of each player and are designed around specific development goals. These sessions are ideal for players who want to target particular areas of their game and accelerate progress through focused, personalised training. Delivered with high intensity and close attention to detail, 1-2-1 sessions commonly focus on areas such as shooting technique, balance, movement, positional awareness and overall game understanding. Each programme is structured to maximise development, with proven benefits to both technical quality and physical performance. The P.A.S.S. 1-2-1 sessions provide a professional, results-driven environment for players fully committed to improving their game to the next level.
Small Group Sessions
Small Group Sessions provide the perfect balance between individual attention and match-realistic intensity. With limited numbers on the pitch, players benefit from more touches, more feedback and greater involvement throughout each session.
Training is built around high-tempo technical drills, competitive small-sided games and decision-making under pressure. Players are challenged to improve passing, finishing, dribbling and movement while performing at speed and under fatigue. These sessions are ideal for players who want more than standard team training and thrive in a competitive, demanding environment where standards are high and progress is measurable.

Training clinics
P.A.S.S. training clinics are designed for the more dedicated player looking to take their game to the next level. Each clinic delivers three hours of high-intensity training, combining speed, agility and quickness work with ball mastery, attacking and defensive practices, match-play scenarios and finishing drills. The clinics cover all aspects of the game and offer a level of coaching detail and individual feedback rarely available in standard training environments. Players are pushed physically, technically and mentally, developing the tools required to perform with confidence in competitive settings. These sessions provide a challenging and professional atmosphere that accelerates development and sharpens performance.
Master class sessions
P.A.S.S. master class sessions are designed to deliver highly detailed, position-specific coaching for players who want to refine their role on the pitch. Players train in small groups alongside others in the same position, allowing sessions to be precisely planned around the technical, tactical and physical demands of that role. In addition to position-specific work, topic-focused master classes are also delivered, concentrating on key areas such as finishing, passing, defending or movement. Each session focuses entirely on the chosen topic, ensuring players receive in-depth coaching, repetition and detailed feedback. These master classes provide an elite learning environment, helping players sharpen strengths, address weaknesses and perform more consistently in match situations.
