P.A.S.S. Soccer School was founded in 2002 by former professional players based in Chelmsford, Essex, with one simple belief: football should be enjoyed by everyone and every player deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential.
P.A.S.S. delivers high quality grassroots programmes, player development pathways, a professional academy plus football and futsal training for children aged 3 to 17. Whether a child is taking their first steps in football or already showing elite potential, our programmes are designed to support every ability level and provide the right challenge at the right time.
Over the past 24 years, P.A.S.S. has helped thousands of young players grow in confidence, creativity, skill and love for the game. Many have progressed to professional academies, earned scholarships and signed professional contracts. To date, over 150 P.A.S.S. players have represented professional clubs including the Premier League, played internationally for Australia and become youth internationals for England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
At the heart of P.A.S.S. is a commitment to creating a fun, friendly and safe environment where children can enjoy football while developing both as players and as people. Whether they dream of the professional game or simply love to play, we support every child in progressing as far as their ability and ambition take them.
In addition to the youth programme P.A.S.S. offer speciality training for all ages tailored made for the individual player or small team. Ideal for semi professional players looking for an extra dimension to their game or keeping focus in the off season.

“I didn’t know what to expect from my sessions at PASS, but from the first drill I was very impressed at the level of detail and knowledge that the guys here had. After close to a year out of football due to injury I went to them before pre season to help with my football specific fitness and by the time pre season came I was shocked at how good I felt.
The standard of one to one drills was top drawer with tough sessions made easier by the passion and enthusiasm that the coaches have, making it a lot more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be doing sessions in the future and highly recommend these guys no matter what level you play,whether you take football seriously or play it for the enjoyment.”

My 3 yr old daughter attended a 2 hour soccer course for 2-4 year olds this morning and I just had to sing the praises of PASS for giving her such a fantastic first football experience! The organisation on arrival was excellent - such a warm welcome with so many kitted and enthusiastic staff all on hand to make our little soccer stars feel immediately at ease and us parents.
The games and activities were pitched perfectly for their age group and how they kept such young children engaged and energetic for 2 hours I will never know! They gently brought the more hesitant children out of their shells whilst keeping the more lively ones on task and encouraged good sportsmanship and positivity every step of the way. As a teacher of 17 years myself I have nothing but respect for the PASS team and their passion and professionalism.

Can’t recommend PASS enough the guys have been amazing. My son went to the two day course at Chelmer Valley High School and has had the most amazing two days. All the guys there are so helpful and know all the kids names. Would totally 100% recommend.

Both of my boys love PASS, they go to the holiday courses and the academy sessions. The courses are really well run and the coaches are so enthusiastic. My boys' skills have really improved with the help of PASS, thanks to everyone involved. A very big shout out to PASS.

My son has just finished a 2 day holiday course, he is just 5 and it was the first time I had left him other than at school. Well the coaches put my nervous at ease straight away. He arrived cautious as a beginner to football and left loving it! We have gone straight to get his first football kit and he will be joining PASS Soccer School. Thank you to Lee and all the amazing coaches for doing such an incredible job!
